Don’t do dieting.

Love the body you have, flaws and all (though, really, what’s a flaw? we’re all made differently, and it’s those differences that are so much fun to find). Love your self, more importantly, flaws and all. Aim for healthy, absolutely, but don’t beat yourself up because you’re not constantly the healthiest you could possibly be. We ain’t all going to be Olympic-standard athletes, and frankly I’d argue that it’s healthier all round to adopt ‘a little of what you fancy does you good’ maxim and have fun being the you you are now than it is to aim to be a different, strangely more chocolate-resistant you.

Don’t do dieting. Do do contentment.
